Soto Ayam


ingredients:

1 chicken, cut into 8 parts
2 leeks, cut - cut into 1 cm
1 stalk lemongrass, white part, crushed
2 kaffir lime leaves
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1.5 liters of water

Spices that are:

6 cloves of garlic
3 pecans, roasted
2 cm turmeric
1 cm ginger
1/2 tsp pepper granules, roasted
salt to taste


Chicken soup for the stuffing:

100 gr glass noodles, brewed with hot water until soft, drain
150 gr short sprouts, siangi, brewed with hot water, drained
3 eggs boiled, split into 2 parts
1 stalk celery, finely sliced
fried red onion to taste

How to make chicken soup recipe:

1. Add the chicken into the boiling water. Simmer until chicken is tender.

2. While saute ground spices until fragrant. Add green onion, lemon grass and lime leaves.
