Bakso






ingredients:

     Smooth meatballs
     300 g of ground beef
     2 tbsp cornflour
     2 tbsp plain flour
     1 egg, beaten off
     ½ teaspoon ground pepper
     1 tsp salt

Complement:

    beef broth
     6 cloves garlic, crushed
     1 teaspoon ground pepper
     salt to taste
     250 g wet yellow noodles, pour hot water

     1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
     1 tablespoon chopped celery
     1 tbsp fried shallots



How to make
